Eva Dias is a visionary business leader, executive coach, entrepreneur, and advocate for human potential dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their highest levels of performance, purpose, and fulfillment.
With a distinguished global career spanning industry-leading organizations including Philip Morris, L’OrÃĐal, Novartis, and IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances), Eva has developed deep expertise in Human Resources, leadership, and organizational transformation across Brazil, Portugal, Switzerland, France, and the United States.
As Founder and CEO of Phoenix Human Capital Solutions, she leads a consulting practice with a clear mission: to help people and organizations unveil and unleash the best version of themselves. Through executive coaching, leadership development, and talent strategies, she empowers clients around the world to achieve meaningful and lasting growth.
A passionate advocate for women’s leadership and inclusion, Eva is a certified Core Energy Leadership Coach through the iPEC Institute, and an inspiring public speaker on leadership, human behavior, personal growth, and transformation.
Her commitment to service extends far beyond the corporate world. Eva has played a significant leadership role within the Miami Beach community, serving as the inaugural Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, Chair of the Women Business Council, member of the Pillar Board and Board of Governors, and Chair of the Transportation Committee and the Miami Beach Transportation, Parking & Bicycle-Pedestrian Facilities Committee.
Dedicated to creating opportunities for underserved communities, she also servez on the Board of Directors of AYUDA Miami, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering children and elderly groups through education, life-skills development, and programs that foster self-sufficiency and long-term success.
As a published author, Eva co-authored Empowered Women and 100 Successful Women Around the World, sharing her inspiring journey from her beginnings in Brazil to becoming an internationally recognized leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for human development.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish, Eva brings a truly global mindset to every endeavor. A proud Brazilian-American, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and believes deeply in the power of possibility, growth, and purpose-driven leadership.
